Our football pitches are available for hire
Over the last few decades we have developed some of the best footballing facilities in the area. When our teams aren’t using these facilities they are available for hire, including:
Junior pitch hire excludes goals, corner flags and use of the changing rooms. The pitch will be available from 1 hour before kickoff for 2.5 hours (longer for cup matches).
Full-size 11v11 pitch hire includes goals (hirers must provide at least 3 players per goal to help erect these), corner flags and use of changing rooms and hot showers. It excludes use of the clubhouse/bar unless requested and approved. The facilities will be available from 1 hour before kickoff for 3.5 hours (longer for cup matches).

We can’t accept bookings for dates more than 1 month ahead due to fixtures which may be arrranged for Worle FC teams.

Booking Terms & Conditions
With effect from 18 May 2026
Any hirer booking these facilities must comply with the terms and conditions as set out by Worle FC.
1.0Â No booking can be made by any person under the age of 18. The duration of any booking MUST be supervised by a responsible adult who is either the hirer or an authorised representative of the hirer throughout the entire session.
2.0Â The hire charges are defined by Worle FC and are reviewed annually.
3.0Â All hirers will receive confirmation of their booking via email along with an invoice which must be paid before the booking is considered placed, plus any relevant information relating to the use of the pitch and the facility in general.
4.0Â Changing rooms with hot showers are available for hirers of the full-size adult 11v11 pitch. Changing facilities are not available for junior pitch hirers, who are advised to make their own provisions for changing prior to arrival at the Club.
5.0Â Players, coaches, match officials, referees, and photographers must wear appropriate footwear for a natural grass playing surface. Studded or bladed boots and moulded trainers are suitable. Anyone found to be wearing footwear likely to cause damage to the playing surface may be asked to leave.
6.0Â SPECTATORS ARE NOT PERMITTED ONTO THE PLAYING SURFACE AT ANY TIME UNLESS IN THE CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.
7.0Â Worle FC reserves the right to close or relocate a booking to an alternative pitch at short notice due to adverse weather conditions, ground safety requirements, or other operational reasons. In the event of a pitch closure, Worle FC will endeavour to offer an alternative date or a credit at the Club’s discretion.
8.0Â Car parking (at the hirer’s own risk) are available at the ground. On occasions, hirers, players, match officials, and spectators may be directed to use alternative areas due to safety or operational requirements.
9.0Â Pitches and Equipment
9.1Â The full-size adult 11v11 pitch includes goals (hirers will need to provide 3-4 volunteers to assist in erecting these and taking them down), corner flags, and use of the changing rooms and hot showers. Use of the clubhouse/bar is excluded unless requested in advance and approved by Worle FC.
9.2Â Junior pitch hire (7-a-side and 5-a-side) excludes goals, corner flags, and use of the changing rooms. The pitch will be available from 1 hour before kickoff for 2.5 hours (longer for cup matches).
9.3Â Full-size pitch facilities will be available from one hour before kickoff for 3.5 hours (longer if a cup match, must be agreed in advance.
9.4Â All equipment provided must be used with reasonable care. Goals must be returned to their original position before the end of the booking period. Any damage to or defect in equipment must be reported to secretary@worlefc.com.
10.0Â Food, Beverages and General Facility Etiquette
10.1Â No chewing gum is permitted on the playing surfaces.
10.2Â No alcohol is permitted outside of the Clubhouse. Our alcohol licence applies to the Clubhouse only.
10.3Â Smoking and vaping are strictly NOT PERMITTED inside the clubhouse.
10.4Â No offensive or abusive language is to be used, out of respect for other participants, spectators, and local residents.
Any hirer found to be in breach of the above will forfeit any future access to hire.
11.0Â The facility is managed by Worle FC and any issues should be reported to secretary@worlefc.com or by calling 07534 957 980.
12.0Â All hirers must provide sufficient information to constitute a hire agreement and must confirm that they agree to these terms and conditions of hire.
13.0Â All booking requests must be submitted using the enquiry form above. Please ensure you allocate sufficient time within your booking slot for any warm-up, match breaks, cool-down, and team debriefs. Worle FC cannot accept bookings more than one month in advance due to fixtures that may be arranged for Worle FC teams.
14.0Â All hire fees are payable before use. No use of the pitch will be granted until payment has been received.
15.0Â If you are unable to fulfil your booking, Worle FC may credit a new session at the Club’s discretion, provided that at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation has been given.
16.0Â All organisations running a business from Worle FC’s facilities are required to hold valid Public Liability Insurance. Evidence of this must be submitted at the booking stage via email.
17.0Â Any dispute relating to the hire of the facility must be referred to Worle FC in writing via email at hello@worlefc.com.
18.0Â Users are expected to respect the facility and the wider community. This includes vacating the facilities promptly and quietly at the end of a session, not causing any deliberate damage to or defacing any part of the facilities or surrounding area, refraining from using foul language, and disposing of all litter in the waste bins provided. Footballs must not be kicked against neighbouring fences or boundary walls. Please be considerate of our neighbours at all times.
19.0Â The contract of hire will be deemed in force upon receipt of payment and/or use of the facility. The adult hirer must remain on the premises for the entire duration of their hire, or must obtain prior approval from Worle FC if a delegated representative is required. Worle FC reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately if the hirer is not present.
20.0Â No young person under the age of 16 will be permitted to use the facility without adult supervision at all times.
21.0Â Teams and/or Clubs making bookings on behalf of their team or Club that are affiliated to any Football Association Club or League will be deemed to hold valid DBS clearance as required under current Football Association (FA) rules.
22.0Â All bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Fees must be paid in full prior to the booking start time. Payments are non-refundable within 48 hours of the booking unless otherwise agreed. The payment method will be confirmed at the time of booking.
23.0Â Cancellations or modifications to an existing booking cannot be made less than 48 hours before the session is due to start.
24.0Â Worle FC will not be held liable for any accident to persons or loss of property by any person or organisation during or in connection with any booking at the facility, including all car parking areas. Anyone entering or using the facility does so at their own risk, and Worle FC accepts no liability in respect of any loss, damage, or injury.
25.0Â No hirer may arrange a Tournament or Charity event at the facility without the prior written agreement of Worle FC. Such events require approval before any booking is confirmed.
26.0Â Each hirer is responsible for providing their own qualified First Aider for the duration of their booking. Worle FC cannot be held liable for any injury sustained during a hire session. A defibrillator is mounted on the wall next to the front entrance and is available for public use in the event of a cardiac emergency.
27.0Â Any commercial hirer running a business from Worle FC’s facilities must not reference Worle FC by name or use any unlicensed photographs of the Club or its facilities on social media platforms or in any promotional material without prior written consent. Worle FC reserves the right to cancel existing and future bookings with immediate effect should this condition be breached.
